Victoria completed her Foundation degree in Counselling with Teesside University qualifying in May 2015, she then went on to achieve a first class BA honours degree in Therapeutic Counselling, also with Teesside University in May 2016.
Victoria’s core therapeutic orientation is Person Centred Counselling, she has also completed units on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Gestalt, so can also integrate tools from these orientations if appropriate and the client wishes.
Working in a way which is client led, Victoria offers a warm, non-judgmental environment in which to explore any issues which may be worrying a person. Sometimes having the space and time to process things with an impartial person can be extremely beneficial.
