We understand the importance of parents to take care of themselves so they can continue to be physically and emotionally available to their children. This self care workshop is an opportunity for you to learn more about how you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life and how to utilise other strategies to make sure that you spend time focusing on your own needs and what is important to you. We will be joined by a psychologist wellbeing officer.
