ARCBOX - Digital Life Story and Communications Management

ARC Adoption North East’s passionate and innovative approach has led to the development of ARCBOX - a child-centred, digital platform that houses an interactive life story tool and a communications app to safely facilitate and manage birth family contact.

23 new families created over the last 12 months, with 12 boys and 13 girls now enjoying a loving and nurturing family.

Latest ASG stats report that 3010 children are waiting to be adopted in England today, and approximately 200 in the North East.

In 2025, almost 1 in 3 of the families who started the adoption process with us identified as LGBTQ+.
