Our adopters are all very different but the main thing we are looking for is the ability to provide a loving, safe and stable family life for a child or siblings.

All children who are in care have experienced a level of trauma in their young lives, so we are looking for people who are understanding and accepting of this, people who are open-minded and flexible, with a willingness to learn how best to support children who are adopted. Adoption is a lifelong commitment too, and being a parent in any form can bring challenges along the way, so within adopters we are also looking for determination and resilience.
