ARC Adoption is working in partnership with The Belay Foundation to recruit four part-time Trauma-Responsive Specialist Children's Workers to work with adoptive families based in the North East.

Each role is to work with a specific family for five hours per week, providing respite and help with playful and practical activities. Candidates must be able to commit to at least 12 months, reflective of the importance of relationship building with the children and their families.

Those taking the roles will have access to specialist training, supervision and reflection spaces, and ongoing development opportunities with The Belay Foundation, as well as support locally from our team at ARC Adoption.
