Lisa helped to establish ARC Adoption in 2014 and has made a significant contribution to the success the agency has achieved since, not least its ‘Outstanding’ ratings from Ofsted. Having previously worked in a local authority adoption service for eight years as office manager and then for 18 months in a not-for-profit independent fostering agency as a placement officer, she brought with her a wealth of administrative experience and pertinent knowledge when joining ARC. Her commitment to customer service is second to none and she leads a highly effective and efficient admin team which is truly the backbone of the agency – highly valued by the wider ARC team and adoptive families alike. 

In her previous life Lisa worked as a junior manager in a brewery which was very interesting and had the bonus of free beer! Although her current role does not have quite the same benefits Lisa is extremely proud to work for an agency which can make such a difference to children’s lives.

Lisa has two children of her own, who are both super intelligent and gorgeous (although she admits that she is biased), and she is also a doting doggy parent to Archie, her super furry cockapoo.
