Administration Assistant

Clare is a very experienced administrator who has worked in a range of customer focussed environments. From her early years in the banking industry moving into a legal setting, she found her niche when she moved to work in a local authority adoption service; a role which first introduced her to the world of adoption and gave her a lot of job satisfaction.

Clare has worked for ARC Adoption since its creation in April 2014 and has really loved working within a great team and being a part of ARC’s success to date. Her warm and friendly nature, and her can-do approach have made her a great asset to the agency, and her sensitivity in dealing with personal and often complex information is greatly valued by adopters.

Clare has been happily married to Mark for 30 years and they have two lovely daughters, Eleanor and Grace, as well as two precious little cats, Maude and Elsie.
